Nuri Golan is a seasoned leader who has managed a wide variety of hi-tech projects, ranging from military weapon systems to communication and navigation devices. He has vast experience developing products with a high dependency on GPS, exposing him to the intricate demands of its’ users. Nuri is responsible for the strategic direction and management of EXO. Nuri holds a B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from the Technion Institute of Technology.
Adam Hillier is an expert in Astrodynamics and a skilled programmer who has an extensive background in satellite operations and in orbital mechanics. He has held high-level management positions in research and development organizations, leading technical teams of various sizes. Adam’s innovative spirit and vision inspired him to conceive and begin development of the PICO Satellite Propagation Tool. He has both a B.S. and Master’s degree in Astronautical Engineering.
Isaac Zafarani is responsible for leading brand and product marketing, focused on interpreting market trends and deciphering complex technology into mainstream content. Previously Isaac spent four years as a team leader at a prominent online vertical ad network in New York having partnered with some of the largest technology brands worldwide. Isaac holds a BA in Finance and Economics and an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from the Technion Institute of Technology.
Adam Weiner heads the development of strategic partnerships and growth for EXO, managing relationships with international partners. Adam utilizes his broad network to create opportunities for EXO in both new and existing markets. Previously, Adam co-founded a successful start-up as an undergraduate student before moving to Israel to join the IDF’s 890th Airborne Paratroopers Unit. Adam holds an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from the Technion Institute of Technology.
Danielle Palatchi is a skilled aerospace systems engineer with a broad knowledge of design, development and integration, as well as experience in the launching of complex and multidisciplinary satellite projects. She has a background in reconnaissance satellite operations and expertise in command and control. Danielle holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and is an International Space University alumna.
Dany Lavrov is a Geodesy expert with a background in surveying, mapping, and GPS measurements. Prior to joining the EXO team Dany conducted research in the field of sea surface mapping and marine geoid determination. Dany holds a Ph.D in Mapping and Geo-Information from the Technion Institute of Technology. He is a skilled programmer and an experienced data analyst using algorithms, regression, and statistical analysis.
Gabi is a seasoned navigation algorithms developer, with an extensive background in GPS, inertial navigation and Kalman filtering. He has been part of algorithms teams in Israel Aircraft Industries, Intel and Elbit. He has been involved in characterization, testing and maintenance of navigation systems for various land vehicles. He has both a B.S. and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Liron is a creative problem-solver and engineer, with strong software development and algorithm design skills. He brings with him more than 6 years of hands-on experience in the Space industry, including: Attitude Determination and Control Systems, Orbit Determination filters, Flight Dynamics Systems and Spacecraft operations. Liron holds a BSc from ULisboa-IST and an MSc from ISAE-Supaero, both in Aerospace Engineering.

Adam is an energetic and enthusiastic high tech entrepreneur, thrilled by the challenge of creating technological solutions to longstanding problems. He sold his first Internet start-up to Millicom in Tanzania, and later founded a wireless datacoms company which merged into the AccessKenya Group in Nairobi. Adam is currently the CEO of Panorithm. Adam holds a BS from Yale, an MS from the University of Georgia, and a PhD from Cornell.
Scott Weinflash has been an industry leader in the financial services sector, specializing in product strategy, pricing optimization and risk management. He has worked directly for leading US Financial institutions including JPM Chase and American Express. As an independent consultancy, over the past 15 years Scott has consulted for dozens of global corporations. Scott brings vast experience and expertise to EXO Technologies, advising the team on strategy and product development.
